DONOR WALL OF HONOR

100% Volunteer

We are proud to be the only combat veterans agency in the United States that has not suffered a single suicide. We provide our services for free to our veterans. We are doing it all with primarily veteran volunteers, no salaried board members, executives, or employees. This is who we are, this is what we do.

Giving is easy

Exercise and Fitness are staples in the success of our programs. Often times credited as one of the big players in stopping veteran suicide. Help us continue to provide free gym memberships for our combat veterans. Operation Vet Fit is the first agency in the nation to research, publish, present and implement the concept of “exercise assisted psychotherapy” We’ve provided thousands of months of free gym memberships to our veterans, because it works. By improving the physical and thus mental health of our veterans.

Operation Vet Fit utilizes the latest evidence based mental health interventions as part of our free mental health services for our served veteran population. Because of your donations, veterans with or without private healthcare insurance never receive a bill for services. All mental health service are provided by our founder, a licensed clinical mental health practitioner, combat veteran and US Marine for free. No copays, and no waiting for insurance authorizations. Our mental health services are provided via Telehealth, on the golf course, at a driving range, in the gym, at the beach or the veterans home.

Golf therapy has emerged as a central modality for both mental health and the reestablishment of purpose through camaraderie. Because of your donations veterans get to enjoy a round of golf, food and beverages nearly every week. Additionally we cover the cost for our veterans to play in a wide variety of tournaments that also support other veterans support and service agencies. Agencies like PGA HOPE and the Veterans Golf Association have made learning and enjoying the game of golf both easy and affordable while also accommodating veterans with a broad rang of physical and mental disabilities.
